Ready Posture – PARALLEL READY STANCE

  1. Step left foot forward into a right back stance toward B, while executing a left knife hand block and pulling right hand to hip.
  2. Step forward to a left back stance toward B executing a right knife hand block toward B and pulling left hand to hip.
  3. Execute a left reverse punch toward B, pulling right hand to hip, while remaining in the same stance toward B.
  4. Step forward to a right back stance toward B, while executing a left lunge punch toward B.
  5. Execute a right reverse punch toward B, pulling the left hand to hip, while remaining in the same stance toward B.
  6. Step forward to left back stance toward B, executing a right lunge punch toward B.
  7. Execute a left reverse punch toward B, pulling the right hand to hip, while remaining in the same stance toward B.
  8. Slip left foot while pivoting toward A, step out to a right back stance toward A, executing a left knife hand block, pulling the right hand to hip.
  9. Step forward to a left back stance toward A, while executing a right knife hand block toward A, pulling the left hand to hip.
  10. Execute a left reverse punch toward A, pulling the right hand to hip, while remaining in same stance.
  11. Step forward to a right back stance toward A, executing a left lunge punch toward A.
  12. Execute a right reverse punch toward A, pulling the left hand to hip, while remaining in the same stance.
  13. Step forward to a left back stance toward A, executing right lunge punch toward A.
  14. Execute a left reverse punch toward A, pulling the right hand to hip, while remaining in the same stance toward A.
  15. Slip left foot while pivoting toward B, step out to a right back stance toward B, executing a left knife hand block, pulling the right hand to hip.
  16. Execute a right reverse punch toward B, while remaining in the same stance.
    END: Bring the left foot back to a ready posture.
