Ready Posture – PARALLEL READY STANCE

  1. Step to a left back stance toward B, executing a left circular forearm block toward B.
  2. Step right foot up to left forming a closed stance toward B, executing a right downward block toward B.
  3. Execute a right circular forearm block and a left downward block toward B, remaining in the same stance.
  4. Execute a left circular forearm block and a right downward block toward B, remaining in the same stance.
  5. Pivot clockwise, stepping with the right foot to a left back stance toward A, executing a right circular forearm block toward A.
  6. Step left foot up to right forming a closed stance toward A, executing a left downward block toward A.
  7. Execute a left circular forearm block and a right downward block toward B, remaining in the same stance.
  8. Execute a right circular forearm block and a left downward block toward B, remaining in the same stance.
  9. Step left foot out to a left forward stance toward D, executing a double forearm block toward D.
  10. Move the right foot to D forming a right forward stance toward D while executing a right middle spear hand to D.
  11. Pivot counter clockwise toward D executing a left back fist, landing in a riding stance toward AE, still looking toward D.
  12. Step forward to a right forward stance toward D, executing a right mid section two knuckle punch.
  13. Pivot counter clockwise on the right foot to a closed stance toward C, while extending both fist in front and pulling back to double side elbows, finishing with fist on hips.
  14. Execute a right ball kick toward C, stomping foot down into a riding stance toward AE, while keeping hands in same position on hips.
  15. Execute a deflect block with right arm/shoulder toward C, bending at the hip to perform block, while keeping hands in same position on hips and remaining in same riding stance.
  16. Execute a right back fist toward C, pulling hand back to hip, while remaining in same riding stance.
  17. Execute a left ball kick toward C, stomping foot down into a riding stance toward BF, while keeping hands in same position on hips.
  18. Execute a deflect block with left arm/shoulder toward C, bending at the hip to perform block, while keeping hands in same position on hips and remaining in same riding stance.
  19. Execute a left back fist toward C, pulling hand back to hip, while remaining in same riding stance.
  20. Execute a right ball kick toward C, stomping foot down into a riding stance toward AE, while keeping hands in same position on hips.
  21. Execute a deflect block with right arm/shoulder toward C, bending at the hip to perform block, while keeping hands in same position on hips and remaining in same riding stance.
  22. Execute a right back fist toward C, (leave fist extended), while remaining in same riding stance.
  23. Step forward into a left forward stance toward C, executing a left mid section punch.
  24. Step right foot up to line AB, then jump counter-clockwise toward B, landing on line AB facing D in a riding stance, executing a right punch over the left shoulder.
  25. Jump sideways on line AB toward A, still facing D, landing in a riding stance, executing a left punch over the right shoulder.

END: Bring the right foot back to a ready posture.
