  1.  Step left foot back to 45° angle into riding stance executing a LEFT outer forearm block
  2. Execute LEFT downward block
  3. Execute RIGHT circular inward block
  4. Execute RIGHT downward block
  5. Step LEFT foot to RIGHT foot & step RIGHT foot back at 45° angle into a riding stance, executing a RIGHT outer forearm block
  6. Execute RIGHT downward block
  7. Execute LEFT circular inward block
  8. Execute LEFT downward block
  9. Step RIGHT foot to left foot and step LEFT foot back to a 45° angle into a riding stance, executing a LEFT downward block
  10. Execute a RIGHT rising block
  11. Execute a LEFT rising block
  12. Execute a RIGHT downward block
  13. Step RIGHT foot back to 45° angle into riding stance, executing a RIGHT downward block
  14. Execute a LEFT rising block
